It makes investments in residential and commercial properties development projects, mainly situated in metropolitan areas in Turkey. The Company's portfolio is comprised of commercial properties, including Antalya 2000 Plaza, located on the Recep Peker Avenue in Antalya, and Dogus Power Center, located in Maslak, a district of Istanbul. The Antalya 2000 Plaza is an office and a shopping mall, which is composed of 92 detached spaces of a total surface area of 9,000 square meters, divided into office, shop, cinema and fast food area. The Dogus Power Center is a shopping center, which houses automotive showrooms and service areas, media office areas, food shops, sports club and food courts on total surface area of 63,202 square meters. Dogus GYO is a subsidiary of Dogus Holding AS.
