Diviso Grupo Financiero S.A. (BVL:DIVIC1) together with a group of shareholders of Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito Cajamarca S.A. agreed to acquire 86.89% stake in Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito Cajamarca S.A. on September 21, 2015. Until now, 0.01 million shares of Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito Cajamarca S.A. have been acquired. The acquisition is subject to the authorization of Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP.
