Dino saw its long-time CEO Szymon Piduch resign from the position to become a member of the company's supervisory board. Piduch's resignation becomes effective as on the day of the nearest general meeting. At the same time, Piduch was offered membership in Dino's supervisory board by the company's lead shareholder and supervisory board chairman, Tomasz Biernacki, and has already consented.

The motion to appoint Piduch a supervisory board member will accordingly be filed at the nearest general meeting.
