Suzhou Baidesheng Smart Home Co., Ltd announced that it will receive CNY 415 million in a round of funding from returning investor Der Future Science and Technology Holding Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002631) on May 27, 2019. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. Post the closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 40 million to CNY 455 million and the investor will continue to hold 100% stake in the company. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investor at the 24th meeting of the 3rd directorate.
Der Future Science and Technology Holding Group Co., Ltd., formerly Der International Home Furnishing Co., LTD., is a China-based company, principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and distribution of wood floor products. The Company primarily provides consolidated composite floor products and solid wood composite floor products. The Company distributes its products under the brand name of DER. Its wood floor products are mainly applied in home furnishing, building floor and shop floor. The Company also provides customized wardrobes, density boards, and graphene preparation equipment, application products and testing services. The Company distributes its products within domestic markets, with East China as its major market.
