DONG Energy A/S (CPSE:DENERG) and Siemens Aktiengesellschaft (DB:SIE) are close to finding a buyer to A2SEA A/S, according to Berlingske Business' sources. The companies are now reviewing the bid received during February 2017 to find a suitable buyer. The price of A2Sea is valued at between $200 million and $250 million.
Possible buyers include Fred Olsen Cruise Lines Ltd., MPI Offshore Limited, Vroon B.V. and Dredging Environmental & Marine Engineering NV.
