Datacolor AG is a Switzerland-based company engaged in the provision of solutions for color measurement, management, communication and calibration. The Company operates a sales, services and support network in a number of countries throughout Europe, the North and South America and Asia, along with worldwide operation and production facilities. Datacolor AG offers imaging color solutions (Spyder products) such as Spyder4, SpyderLENSCAL, SpyderCUBE and SpyderPRINT, as well as industrial color solutions thought its Datacolor Viepoint product for capturing color-accurate product images and controlling product quality in the supply chain. The Company serves customers in the apparel and textile, paint and coatings, automotive, plastics, photography, digital imaging, home theatre, ink, printing, paper and leather industries, among others. In June 2014, it acquired Media Logic SNC, a software provider for the Italian and European retail paint market including its distribution company.
