Danske Invest Kina Stock

Danske Invest Kina (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. It is principally engaged in making specialty investments in the equities of companies based or mainly active in China, Taiwan or Hong Kong. As of October 31, 2012, the Fund primarily invested in the sectors of finance (30.53%), Information Technology (22.21%), industry (9.77%) and durable consumer goods (9.62%), among others, and its investments were mainly located in China (33.51%), Taiwan (20.89%), Hong Kong (15.86%), the Cayman Islands (15.01%) and Bermuda (9.2%). As of October 31, 2012, its investment portfolio comprised Hon Hai Precision Industry , Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd., AIA Group Ltd and Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd, among others. Danske Invest Kina is managed by Danske Invest Management A/S.
