Danske Invest Bioteknologi (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. The Fund is primarily engaged in making investments in equities of companies which conduct or support biotechnological research, apply biotechnological methods or manufacture or market biotechnological, pharmaceutical or medical products. As of March 31, 2012, the Fund's investment portfolio included such companies, as Amylin Pharmaceuticals Inc (9.54%), Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc (6.51%), Illumina Inc (6.41%), Nektar Therapeutics Inc (5.99%) and Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc (5.61%), among others, and most of its investments were located in the United States. Danske Invest Bioteknologi is a division of Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest, an investment organization based in Denmark.
