From July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the company has repurchased 0 shares, representing 0% for 0 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,278,341 shares, representing 2.37% for 55.9 million under the buyback announced on May 31, 2018.

- Moleskine (100% owned): develops and sells iconic branded notebooks and writing, travel and reading accessories through a global multichannel platform;
- D'Ieteren Immo (100% owned): groups together the Belgian real estate interests of D'Ieteren Group.
