FATO RELEVANTE

A CSN Mineração S.A. ("CSN Mineração" e "Companhia"), informa aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral atualizações de projeções, conforme segue:

1. Projeção de volume de produção e compras de minérios de terceiros de 36-37 Mton em 2021 e de 39-41Mton em 2022.
2. Projeção de cash cost da CSN Mineração de aproximadamente US$19/ton em 2021 e US$18/ton em 2022.
3. Projeção de CAPEX de expansão da CSN Mineração de aproximadamente R$ 560 milhões no período de 2021 e de aproximadamente R$ 12 bilhões no período de 2022-2026, relativos à fase 1 do projeto¹ de adição de capacidade.

Tais projeções serão incluídas na seção 11 do Formulário de Referência da Companhia e estarão disponíveis no site da CVM em http://www.cvm.gov.br/ e no site da Companhia em http://ri.csnmineracao.com.br/, dentro do prazo legal.

MATERIAL FACT

CSN Mineração S.A ("CSN Mineração" or "Company") hereby announces to its shareholders and the market in general projections adjustments, as follow:

1. Projection of production volume and purchases of third-party ores from 36-37Mton in 2021 and of 39-41Mton in 2022.
2. CSN Mineração's cash cost projection of approximately $19/ton in 2021 and $18/ton in 2022.
3. CSN Mineração's capex expansion projection of approximately R$ 560 million in the period 2021 and approximately R$12 billion in the period 2022-2026, related to the phase 1 of the capacity addition project¹.

These projections will be included, as applicable, in section 11 of the Company's Reference Form and will be available on the website of the CVM (http://www.cvm.gov.br/) and the Company (http://ri.csnmineracao.com.br/) within the legal term.
