CSN Mineração S.A. ("Companhia") informa aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que assinou,
nesta data, Contrato de Venda e Compra de Minério de Ferro com a ITOCHU Corporation ("Itochu"), para o fornecimento de minério de ferro da planta de pellet feed P15 na Mina de Casa de Pedra ("P15"), no volume de 6,0 Mton a.a. durante os anos mineiros de 2026 a 2054 ("Contrato de Offtake").
O Contrato de Offtake assinado com a Itochu representa ainda o cumprimento de uma das condições do contrato de financiamento de pré-pagamento de exportação, celebrado com o Japan Bank for International Cooperation e um sindicato de bancos, assegurado pela Nippon Export and Investment Insurance, com o objetivo de apoiar a Companhia em seu projeto de construção da P15, conforme divulgado pela Companhia em em 30/03/2023.

Notice to the Market
CSN Mineração S.A. ("Company") informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has signed, on this date, an Iron Ore Sale and Purchase Agreement with ITOCHU Corporation ("Itochu"), for the supply of iron ore from the P15 pellet feed plant at Casa de Pedra Mine ("P15"), of a volume of 6.0 Mton p.a. during the ore years from 2026 to 2054 ("Offtake Agreement").
The Offtake Agreement signed with Itochu also represents the fulfillment of one of the conditions of the export prepayment financing agreement, entered into with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation and a syndicate of banks, ensured by Nippon Export and Investment Insurance, with the purpose of supporting the Company in its P15 construction project, as disclosed by the Company on 03/30/2023.
