Wine Packaging & Logistic S.A. announced that it has received CLP 1.45 billion in funding from Cristalerias de Chile S.A.

Wine Packaging & Logistic S.A. announced that it has received CLP 1,449,165,320 in an equiy round of funding from new investor, Cristalerias de Chile S.A. on July 30, 2014. As part of the transaction, the investor acquired 34% stake in the company. The transaction was authorized by the board of directors of the company.

On July 30, 2014, Wine Packaging & Logistic S.A. closed the transaction.
