Crédit Agricole: dividend and appointments approved at AGM

Crédit Agricole announces that its Annual General Meeting, held on Wednesday with a quorum of almost 80%, approved all the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors, including the distribution of a dividend of 1.05 euros per share.
The AGM appointed Carol Sirou, Chairman of EthiFinance, as director, replacing Françoise Gri, and renewed the terms of office of Agnès Audier, Sonia Bonnet-Bernard, Marie-Claire Daveu, Alessia Mosca, Hugues Brasseur, Pascal Lheureux and Eric Vial.
