ENTERING INTO EXCLUSIVE AGENCY AGREEMENT

FOR THE OPERATIONAL RIGHT OF MOBILE GAME ''ACE SOCCER (球場風雲)''

IN HONG KONG, MACAU AND TAIWAN

The announcement is made by V1 Group Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') on a voluntary basis. The purpose of this announcement is to keep the Shareholders and potential investors of the Company informed of the latest business development of the Group.

The board of directors of the Company (the ''Board'') is pleased to announce that, the Group, through Beijing Crazy Sports Management Company Limited* (北京瘋狂體育產業管理有限公司 )( ''Crazy Sports''), has entered into an exclusive agency agreement with Gameone Group Limited (''Gameone HK'', a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gameone Holdings Limited (stock code: 8282)), and Shanghai Stararray Information Technology Co., Ltd.* (上海陣星信息科技有限公司 )( ''Shanghai Stararray'') in March 2021, pursuant to which Crazy Sports authorizes an operational right to Gameone HK to distribute its flagship mobile game ''ACE SOCCER (球場風雲)'' in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

Crazy Sports is the license holder of the intellectual property right of ''ACE SOCCER (球場風雲)'', Fédération Internationale des Associations de Footballeurs Professionnels (''FIFPro''), and has the right to publish and operate the game in China. ''ACE SOCCER (球場風雲)'' is a real-time online PVP eSports soccer mobile game. Players can train their own soccer players up and perform different skills and tactics through a simple user interface. The game has obtained the name and portrait rights of about 60,000 professional soccer players from 54 national teams or soccer leagues such as England, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, etc. The game is expected to be launched in the second quarter of 2021.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
