Cosco Capital, Inc. is an investment holding company. It has a portfolio of business interests in retail, real estate, wine and liquor, and oil and minerals business. Its segments include Grocery retail, Specialty retail, Liquor distribution, Real estate and property leasing, and Oil and mining. Grocery retail segment includes selling of purchased goods to the retail market. Specialty retail segment includes selling of office supplies both in wholesale and retail business and export, storage and transshipment of LPG, filling and distribution of LPG cylinders as well as distribution to industrial, wholesale and other customers. Liquor distribution segment includes selling of purchased goods based on a distributorship channel to a wholesale market. Real estate and property leasing segment includes real estate activities such as selling and leasing of real properties. Oil and mining segment includes exploration, development and production of oil, gas, metallic and nonmetallic reserves.
