ANNOUNCEMENT ON ACQUISITION OF ASSET IN UNITED KINGDOM

ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following transaction:

The Company's wholly-owned but indirect subsidiary incorporated in the United Kingdom, Metroline Travel Limited (the "Purchaser"), has on 25 November 2021 acquired a property in Brentford, London (the "Property") from Waterside Places (General Partner) Limited as general partner of Waterside Places Limited Partnership and Waterside Places (GP Nominee) Limited - a joint venture between Muse Developments Limited and the Canal & River Trust - (the "Vendors", and the acquisition, the "Transaction"). The Transaction will add a new site to the Purchaser's holdings in London, enabling the business to invest in the development of a new bus garage.

The total consideration payable by the Purchaser in connection with the Transaction, for the 2.5-acre site, is £3,600,000 (approximately S$6,552,000). The said consideration is payable on completion, and will be fully satisfied in cash and funded through internal resources.

The total consideration is arrived at on a "willing buyer willing seller" basis.

The indicative £-to-S$ exchange rate used for the purposes of this announcement is £1: S$1.82.

The Transaction has no material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2021. None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Transaction, save for their respective interests, through their shareholdings and/or directorships, as the case may be, in the Company.
