Background/Description of the Disclosure

In a special meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 23, 2022, the Audit & Risk Committee of Cityland Development Corporation (the Company) recommended to the Board of Directors the approval of the Parent Company and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements (AFS) as of and for the year ended December 31, 2021.

The Board of Directors of the Company approved the recommendation of the Audit & Risk Committee and authorized the issuance of the Parent Company and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements as of and for the year ended December 31, 2021 on or before the deadline of the submission of the AFS to the government agencies.

Other Relevant Information

The amendment was made to attach the 2021 Parent Company and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements as of and for the year ended December 31, 2021.
