Coforge Limited (NSEI:COFORGE) made an offer to acquire a 26% stake in Cigniti Technologies Limited (BSE:534758) for INR 10.1 billion on May 2, 2024. Coforge Limited will acquire upto 7.16 million shares at INR 1,415 each. IIFL Securities Limited (NSEI:IIFLSEC) acted as financial advisor to Coforge Limited (NSEI:COFORGE).
