Chiyoda Corporation announced changes in board of directors, effective April 1, 2017. The company appointed Katsuo Nagasaka, representative director, senior executive chairman appointed as representative director, executive chairman; Masaji Santo, senior executive vice president appointed as representative director, president and CEO; Arata Santo, director and senior vice president appointed as representative director and senior executive vice president; Hirotsugu Hayashi, senior executive vice president appointed as representative director, senior executive vice president and CFO; Shogo Shibuya will retire as representative director, president and CEO, effective March 31, 2017. The position will be left vacant until the final approval at the AGM to be held at the end of June 2017.

Keiichi Nagasaka, senior executive vice president, will continue to hold the position of president and CEO during his vacancy.
