ANNOUNCEMENT

POWER GENERATION FOR APRIL 2021

The announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap.571, Laws of Hong Kong).

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited* (the "Company") announces that, according to the Company's preliminary statistics, the power generation of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for April 2021 on a consolidated basis amounted to 5,522,554 MWh, representing an increase of 22.81% compared with the corresponding period of 2020. In particular, the wind power generation registered an increase of 22.81%, the coal power generation registered an increase of 18.16% and other renewable energy power generation registered an increase of 104.81%. As of 30 April 2021, the total power generation of the Group for 2021 amounted to 22,900,107 MWh, representing an increase of 25.90% compared with the corresponding period of 2020. In particular, the wind power generation registered an increase of 23.34%, the coal power generation registered an increase of 36.10%, and other renewable energy power generation registered an increase of 135.38%.
