Chemical and Allied Products PLC hereby announces as follows:

Year Ended	31st December, 2022
Proposed Dividend	A Final Dividend of N1.55 Kobo per ordinary share of 50 kobo each, subject to the deduction of appropriate withholding tax and approval at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company slated for 15th of June 2023, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on the 1st of June, 2023.
Proposed Bonus	Not applicable.
Closure Registerof	The Register of Members will be closed from June 2, 2023 to June 8, 2023 (both dates inclusive).
Qualification Date	1st of June, 2023
Cash Dividend Payment Date	On June 16, 2023, cash dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders ("Qualifying Shareholders") whose names appear on the Register of Members as at June 1, 2023, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
E-Dividend Registration	Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar's E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form which is available athttp://sec.gov.ng/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Afric-Prudential-EDMMS-Form_2018.pdf complete same and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
Unclaimed Dividend Warrants Share Certificatesand	Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
Date of General Meeting	The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Festival Hotel, Diamond Estate, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos, Nigeria on June 15, 2023, at 10.00am.
