According to the Board of Directors' meeting of Chayo Group Public Company Limited ("the Company") No. 2/2021 on April 9, 2021 approved to increase the registered capital of Chayo JV Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("Chayo JV") in the amount of 1,745 million baht. From the original registered capital of 55 million baht to the registered capital of 1,800 million baht by issuing 17,450,000 ordinary shares and preferred shares with a par value of 100 baht per share (as the company reported on May 31, 2021) within 15 months from May 31, 2021, the Company will provide additional funds by purchasing preferred shares in Chayo JV in the amount of 880 million baht.
At present, the shareholders' meeting of Chayo JV has approved a capital increase of 880 million baht by issuing 8,800,000 preferred shares for sale to the company at a par value of 100 baht per share. The company will increase its capital. The company will complete the capital increase within 30 days.
