Premia Holdings Ltd. agreed to acquire Charles Taylor Managing Agency Limited from Charles Taylor plc (LSE:CTR) and The Standard Club Ltd on September 11, 2019. All the staff of Charles Taylor Managing Agency will transfer to the new business. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval by Lloyd’s, the PRA, and FCA. The transaction is expected to complete before December 31, 2019. Willis Re Corporate Solutions advised Charles Taylor and The Standard Club. David Whear, Matt Foster, Michael Alliston and Andrew James acted as legal advisers to Charles Taylor plc and The Standard Club Ltd.
