CGG announces the appointment of David Dragone as Executive Vice President, Human Resources (HR). David takes over from Pascal Rosset who is assigned to other duties within the Group. Reporting to General Management, David becomes a permanent member of CGG's Executive Committee and Management Committee.

David is based in Paris. This appointment took effect on April 2, 2013. David Dragone, 37, graduated with a Master's degree in Economics from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University and a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Pantheon-Assas University in Paris.

In March 2007 he joined the Areva group as Vice President, HR, first for its mining division and then for its upstream division (conversion, enrichment of uranium, design and production of fuel) from January 2011. David joined CGG in June 2012 as Senior Vice President, Talent Management & People Development.
