Century Pacific Food, Inc. informed the promotion of Mary Jennifer S. Tan from Group Procurement Director to Vice President and Group Procurement Director effective March 31, 2024. Ms. Tan has been with since 2015 and has contributed greatly to the company not just in achieving annual objectives but in charting a course for the future. She has built a multi- generational and high performing Corporate Procurement teams in CPFI and SPAVI and led them towards achieving supply continuity, cost savings, deepen key supply partnerships, while maintaining the optimal quality of buys.
She has strategically evolved the procurement function to become future ready by driving focus on category management, supplier relationship and sustainability. She transitioned SPAVI to a shared service model for planning, sourcing, and delivering that allowed SPAVI to take in major acquisitions with minimal manpower addition. She spearheaded and designed global contracts, negotiations and signoffs, expanding global reach and leading to long term success and stability.
