Centum Electronics Limited Declares Interim Dividend, Payable on March 03, 2016; Appoints Thiruvengadam P. as Additional Director

Centum Electronics Limited announced that at its board meeting held on February 8, 2016, the company declares interim dividend of INR 1 per share on the paid up share capital of the company. The said interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on March 03, 2016.

The board also appointed Mr. Thiruvengadam P. as an additional director.
