Please find attached the Amended 2022 General Information Sheet of Cemex Holdings Philippines, Inc.
The amendments principally reflect a change in the board membership and appointment of principal officer. During the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation held on 28 July 2022, Mr. JESÚS ORTIZ DE LA FUENTE was (i) elected as a member of the Board of Directors of CHP effective on 29 July 2022 and (ii) appointed as CHP's Vice President for Strategic Planning effective on 1 August 2022. The status of Ms Lacson-del Rosario as a stockholder of CHP is likewise confirmed in this amended 2022 GIS.
