INFORMATION FOR THE CELTIC PLC AGM 2021

The 2021 AGM of Celtic plc will be held at Celtic Park on Wednesday 17 November 2021 at 11.30am.

Attending the AGM in Person

In light of the Government's lifting of the restrictions on large gatherings, we are delighted to be able to invite shareholders to attend in person this year.

Taking into account the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Celtic Park currently has a number of COVID secure measures in place and attendees are requested to wear an appropriate face covering indoors, unless exemptions apply. In addition to the Kerrydale Suite, we will also be providing two socially distanced lounge areas for attendees to view and participate in the business of the meeting.

If you require car parking, we will have stewards at all the entry points and access to the Gateway Car Park can be gained via the Clyde Gateway, which runs between the Gallowgate and London Road.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CAR PARKS OPEN AT 10AM AND NORTH WEST EXECUTIVE DOORS OPEN AT 10.30AM.

Attending the AGM Online

We understand that some shareholders may be unable to, or prefer not to, attend the AGM in person, and we will therefore be streaming a live webcast of the meeting so that such shareholders may follow the business of the AGM virtually. This webcast will be made available to shareholders via Zoom.

Shareholders who wish to access the planned webcast will need to pre-register in advance. To receive the registration link, please email [e-mail] no later than 11.30am on Tuesday 16 November 2021, detailing your full name and Shareholder Reference Number (SRN).

Please note that joining the webcast will not constitute formal attendance at the meeting and you will therefore not be permitted to speak or vote on the business of the AGM via the webcast.
