CELLCOM ISRAEL ANNOUNCES A CHANGE IN THE
COMPANY'S INTEREST HOLDERS
Netanya, Israel - August 2, 2021 - Cellcom Israel Ltd. (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the 'Company') announced today that following its previous report on Form 6-K dated March 25 2021, regarding the termination of the lending transaction of 2.5% of the Company's shares between Koor Industries Ltd., or Koor (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company's indirect controlling shareholder) and Blejer Communications Ltd., on July 29, 2021, the shares were returned to Koor and accordingly Blejer ceased to be considered an interest holder of the Company.
