Carraro SpA reported unaudited group earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2017. For the year, the company reported revenues of EUR 606 million compared to EUR 593.7 million reported last year. Consolidated EBITDA was EUR 55 million (9.1% of turnover), significantly up by 40.5% compared to EUR 39.2 million (6.6% of turnover) reported in 2016. Consolidated EBIT was EUR 33.7 million (5.6% of turnover), considerably up compared to EUR 11.7 million (2% of turnover) reported in 2016. Net profit was EUR 13.7 million (2.3% of turnover) compared to a loss of EUR 9.1 million (-1.53% of turnover) reported in 2016. Net profit before taxes was EUR 21.3 million against net loss before taxes of EUR 1.7 million reported last year. Adjusted EBITDA was EUR 54.8 million against EUR 44.7 million reported last year. Adjusted pro-forma EBITDA was EUR 54.8 million against EUR 48.15 million reported last year. Adjusted EBIT was EUR 33.5 million against EUR 22.5 million reported last year. Adjusted pro-forma EBIT was EUR 33.5 million against EUR 27.7 million reported last year. Adjusted net profit is equal to EUR 13.7 million.

For 2018, improved sales volumes compared to 2017 are expected.
