CAPITALAND ASCENDAS REIT Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust announced the cessation of Low Yen Ling as Independent Director with effect from October 1, 2013. Ms. Low Yen Ling will assume the appointment of Parliamentary Secretary with effect from October 1, 2013 and will therefore relinquish her directorship of the Company.
