Layton Mills and Margaret Curtis agreed to acquire 52% stake in CannPal Animal Therapeutics Limited from AusCann Group Holdings Ltd (ASX:AC8) for AUD1 on March 10, 2023. AusCann also retains the right to re-acquire the shares in CannPal for nominal consideration AUD1 upon the failure of the SPV to fund and complete the agreed development and commercialisation milestones. The SSA contains a sunset date of March 31, 2023.
