Calida Holding AG (SWX:CALN) agreed to acquire an additional 4.14% stake in Lafuma SA (ENXTPA:LAF) from Echiquier Excelsior and Echiquier Value Euro Fund, funds managed by Financiere De l'Echiquier, on October 28, 2019. Under the transaction, the shares are being purchased for €17.99 each. Calida will increase its stake in Lafuma from 87.7% to 91.84%.
The transaction will be concluded in the next days.
