Human Care Holding As entered into an agreement to acquire Team Olivia Norge AS from Procuritas Capital Investors VI Holding AB, Pk Partners Ab, Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB (OM:AJA B) and others for SEK 340 million.

Human Care Holding As entered into an agreement to acquire Team Olivia Norge AS from Procuritas Capital Investors VI Holding AB, Pk Partners Ab, Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB (publ) (OM:AJA B) and others for SEK 340 million on April 8, 2024. The purchase price is based on cash and debt free basis. The transaction is financed through SEK 236 million from existing cash and issue of 4 million new shares.

The transaction is subject to approval by Norwegian competition authority. The transaction is expected to complete during the second quarter of 2024. As of April 30, 2024, Humana has received approval for the acquisition from the Norwegian competition authority Konkurransetilsynet.

The transaction is expected to be completed and consolidated in Humana?s accounts from June 3, 2024. Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) (OM:SEB A) and PricewaterhouseCoopers AS, Investment Banking Arm acted as financial advisor, Wikborg Rein & Co. and Advokatfirman Vinge KB acted as legal advisor and PricewaterhouseCoopers AS, Investment Banking Arm acted as due diligence provider to Humana Group.
