Bumble : President Tariq Shaukat to step down, will support as an advisor for a transition period

After an impactful run at Bumble Inc., spanning the company's successful IPO to the build-out of a best-in-class management team and organizational structure, Tariq Shaukat has made the decision to step down as company President effective September 1, 2023. His resignation is voluntary and is not the result of any disagreement with the company or on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies, or practices. Mr. Shaukat will move to an advisory role during a transition period. Additionally, the company will open a search for a new executive leader to join the team.
