Broadstone Acquisition Corp. Announces Resignation of Edward Hawkes as Director

On November 30, 2021, Edward Hawkes, Chief Financial Officer and a director of Broadstone Acquisition Corp., notified the Company of his resignation as a director, effective November 30, 2021. Mr. Hawkes will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and has informed the Company that his resignation as a director is unrelated to the proposed business combination between the Company and Vertical.
