On October 15, 2020, Bright Mountain Media, Inc. appointed Pamela J. Parizek to Board of Directors, chairperson of Audit Committee and a member of Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Ms. Parizek currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of The Foundation for a Smoke-Free World, whose mission is to accelerate smoking cessation and harm reduction and transition tobacco farmers to alternative livelihoods.
On October 21, 2020, the company announced that Pamela J. Parizek, has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors effective immediately.
