Duke Street LLP, DB Secondary Opportunities Fund III LP and another fund of DB Private Equity GmbH, Atnahs Capital, Brederode SA (ENXTBR:BREB), Harwood Capital LLP, Deutsche Alternative Asset Management (Global) Limited and others agreed to acquire Medi-Globe GmbH from Medi-Globe Corporation, GUB Wagniskapital GmbH & Co. KGaA and others for €140 million on March 1, 2016. UniCredit provided financing in the deal.

Medi-Globe generated EBITDA of about €16.6 million in the 12 months to December 2015, on revenues of about €120 million.
