Oslo ,16 February 2024 : Bouvet had operating revenues ofNOK 969.7 million for the fourth quarter of 2023, compared withNOK 851.7 million in the same period of last year. Operating profit (EBIT) came toNOK 106.3 million , compared withNOK 116.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2022. The 2023 operating revenues increased 14.3 per cent toNOK 3 525.8 million. For the same period, the operating profit ended atNOK 407 million , compared withNOK 401.7 million last year. "This quarter marked the conclusion of a very good year for us. We have never delivered growth and progress on such a scale before, and have never had so many "Bouveteers" on the team. When we're also creating as much profitable growth as we are, we can declare ourselves extremely satisfied with these three months," says Per Gunnar Tronsli, CEO ofBouvet ASA . Bouvet's operating costs, including depreciation, came toNOK 863.4 million for the fourth quarter, compared withNOK 735.4 million in the same period of 2022. The EBIT margin for the fourth quarter was 11 per cent, compared with 13.7 per cent in the fourth quarter last year. Net profit came toNOK 88.3 million , compared withNOK 94.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2022. Diluted earnings per share wereNOK 0.85 for the quarter, compared withNOK 0.90 in the same period of last year.
