On January 13, 2021, Bosun Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002282) closed the transaction. The company issued 53,119,213 shares at an issue price of CNY 8.01 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 425,484,896.13. The transaction included participation from Donghai Fund-Zheng Ruheng-Donghai Fund-Jinlong No. 141 single asset management plan and Railway Investment (Jinan) Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), funds managed by Donghai Fund Management Co., Ltd. Post the closing, share capital was increased by CNY 53,119,213.00, and the capital reserve was increased by CNY 351,964,172.09 and the registered capital increase to CNY 543,944,364.00. The company paid issuance expenses of CNY 20,401,511.04, including: underwriting fee CNY 19,829,618.72, legal service fee CNY 377,358.49, verification fee CNY 94,339.62 and registration fee CNY 100,194.20.
