The Group has announced sales of 13,679 million euros in 2023, down -5% on a like-for-like basis. On a reported basis, sales were stable.

Bolloré Energy posted sales of 2,788 million euros, down -24%, mainly impacted by lower oil product prices and volumes. The Communications division (Vivendi) posted sales of 10,506 million euros, up +3%, mainly due to growth at Havas (+4%) and Canal+ Group (+3%).

EBITA came to 994 million euros, down -6% on a like-for-like basis.

Consolidated net income came to 566 million euros, compared with 2,724 million euros in 2022. The 2022 figure included the capital gain on the sale of Bolloré Africa Logistics (3,150 million euros), and at Vivendi the deconsolidation of Telecom Italia (-1,494 million euros) and the capital gain on the contribution of the stake in Banijay Holdings Group to FL Entertainment (515 million euros).

Net income, Group share came to 268 million euros, compared with 3,400 million euros in 2022.
