Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of BOE Varitronix Limited (the "Company") published on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 18 August 2017 in respect of the use of subscription proceeds.

It has come to the Company's attention that there is a typographical error in the Chinese version of the Announcement and the Company would like to clarify that the net proceeds is in the approximate amount of HK$1,392,000,000 instead of HK$1,392,000.00.

Save as disclosed herein, all other contents of both the English and Chinese versions of the Announcement remain unchanged.
