Dividend payment notice

Pesaro, 27th April 2023

Biesse announces that the payment of a gross dividend of € 0.33 per share to eligible shareholders will be effected as approved by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.

Detachment date 8th May 2023, record date 9th May 2023, payment value date 10th 2023. Coupon no. 17.

The dividend is to be paid entirely from the profit for the year shown in the financial statements.

The total disbursement will amount to 9,042,855.69 euros.

The Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting minute will be made available within the terms of law.
