A total of 452 investors participated in the public offering of 4-year BEST S.A. bonds, subscribing for a total of 135.3 thousand. BEST's Z1 series bonds will be traded on the Catalyst market in January 2023.'Given the current market conditions, including competition from other corporate issuers and the growing retail offering of bonds issued by public entities, we consider the subscription results to be promising. The series Z1 bond offering is part of a new public bond issue programme of BEST S.A., under which we may issue debt securities with a total nominal value of up to PLN 250 million. We intend to remain active on the bond market targeted at individual investors, responding to demand and contributing to the recovery of the market potential. We will keep a close eye on the situation and it is possible that we will decide to carry out another issue in the coming months', comments Marek Kucner, vice-president of BEST.

The interest rate on the Series Z1 floating-rate bonds is determined based on the WIBOR3M rate plus a margin of 4.5 per cent. The bond coupons will be paid quarterly and their redemption will take place on 20 December 2026.

The BEST Group is an active participant in the corporate bond market - it has so far issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1.1 billion, of which PLN 1.04 billion has already been redeemed. Currently, five series of BEST S.A. bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 61 million are listed on the Catalyst market.
