Batenburg Techniek NV is a technical service provider based in the Netherlands. The Company's activities are divided into three segments: Industrial Components, Industrial Automation and Installation Engineering. Industrial Components division supplies smart devices and components for the manufacturing industry and the energy infrastructure, specializing in energy technology, mechatronics, industrial electronics and fastening technology. Industrial Automation division is engaged in the design and management of efficient and safe operating systems for machine lines and production processes in such branches of industry as horticulture, food production, marine and offshore engineering, water treatment and supply, among others. Installation engineering division supplies and maintains electrical, ventilation and security installations in non-residential buildings. The Company operates domestically, as well as internationally, in the European Union, North America and Asia.
