The EUR 54.65 support, currently tested, should allow Barco to rally again.

From a fundamental viewpoint, the company seems undervalued relatively to its peers with a EV/Sales of 0.5.
However, analysts have revised slightly downward their earnings forecasts.
With an EPS estimated at EUR 6.62 for this year and EUR 6.12 for the next year, Barco is currently paid 8.29 and 8.96 times the results.

After several weeks of horizontal fluctuations within the mid-term range EUR 54.66 / EUR 59, the stock is coming back close to the lower limit of the range.
Technical indicators illustrate the oversold situation. The EUR 54.65 area could cause a positive reaction for the coming trading sessions and allow a technical rebound towards the EUR 56.85 mid-term resistance and then the EUR 59.

Thanks to the technical pattern and Barco strong fundamentals, active investors can take a long position above EUR 54.7. The downside potential is limited and the timing seems perfect to benefit from a technical rebound.
The goals will be fixed at EUR 56.85 in a first time and then at EUR 59.
However, a bearish trend would regain the upper hand if the security crosses EUR 54.7.
