Spark Change Group, Inc. announced that it has received $4.5 million in funding from Barclays PLC, Solactive AG, FinLab AG, Librae Holdings Limited, Swing Ventures, Techstars Central LLC

Spark Change Group, Inc. announced that it has received $4.5 million in a round of funding led by new investor Barclays PLC (LSE:BARC) on November 11, 2020. The transaction also included participation from new investors Solactive AG and FinLab EOS VC Europe I GmbH & Co. KG, a fund managed by FinLab AG (XTRA:A7A), other investors Librae Holdings Limited, Swing Ventures, Techstars Central LLC, Matthew Le Merle and Chris Adelsbach.

Stefan Schuetze of FinLab AG (XTRA:A7A) joins the company's board of directors and Ryan Hayward of Barclays PLC (LSE:BARC) will join as board observer.
