Banque Cantonale Vaudoise announced that at the upcoming Annual Shareholders' Meeting, the Board of Directors will recommend a CHF 0.10 increase in the ordinary dividend to CHF 3.70 per share. If the payout is approved, BCV will distribute CHF 318m to its shareholders. The Canton of Vaud will receive CHF 213 million in dividends together with CHF 30 million in 2021 cantonal and municipal taxes, for a total of CHF 243 million.
