Bonum Capital, Vladimir Kogan and Suleiman Kerimov are looking to acquire stake in Public joint-stock company Vozrozhdenie Bank (MISX : VZRZ). Russian bankers Vladimir Kogan and Suleiman Kerimov are moving in to take over troubled commercial bank Vozrozhdenie Bank that is up for sale by controlled by the Ananyev brothers. Vozrozhdenie Bank will hold an extraordinary shareholder meeting on March 7, 2018 and representatives of Public Joint Stock Company BANK URALSIB (MISX:USBN) controlled by Vladimir Kogan could get seats on the new board of directors, along with representatives of Bonum Capital fund affiliated with Russian tycoon Suleiman Kerimov, Kommersant daily reported on March 5, 2018 citing unnamed sources.

The regulator demanded that controlling stake in Vozrozhdenie is sold to new owners by March 18, 2018.
