                According to Bangsaphan Barmill Public Company Limited announced the protection 
of shareholder rights, the Company is inviting its shareholders to propose the
agenda for the 2022 Shareholders' Annual General Meeting, and suitably nominate
qualified candidates for the Company's Board of Directors start from November
22,2021 to January 25, 2022. Details and criteria are disclosed on the Company's
 website: http://www.bsbm.co.th.
    The company would like to inform that proposal period is ended and there is no 
shareholders  propose the agenda for the 2022 Shareholders' Annual General
Meeting, and suitably nominate qualified candidates for the Company's Board of
Directors.
